Capella Boston Cream Pie (V2) Concentrate brings the tastes of the classic American dessert, a blending of cake, custard and chocolate flavours. Don’t expect a pastry pie flavour from this delicious Capella concentrate; this classic dessert is in fact a cake layered with custard and topped with chocolate glaze. Not only is Capella Boston Cream Pie Concentrate delicious on its own, but it can also become even better when added to chocolate, confectionery or coffee flavours.

This Capella Boston Cream Pie Concentrate is the V2 version, which is diketone (acetoin, diacetyl and acetyl propionyl) free.

Recommended Mixing Percentage: 5% – 10%
